About the Role
We’re looking for a Master Finisher with deep experience in high-end woodwork, not just general carpentry. This role focuses on fit, finish, and detail—integrating fine woods, custom veneers, panels, and built-in elements into the most exclusive homes on the market.
This is not framing or trim work. It’s craftsmanship at the final stage, where precision and beauty meet.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-level finishing work on doors, millwork, ceilings, and custom panels
- Work with exotic woods, veneers, stains, paints, and specialty finishes
- Interpret architectural drawings and field conditions to deliver exacting results
- Blend form and function—everything must fit, look, and feel perfect
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other craftsmen to deliver integrated work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first jobsite or shop environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in finish carpentry or wood finishing
- Proven ability to work on high-end residential or yacht-quality projects
- Mastery of tools for cutting, shaping, sanding, and surface preparation
- Strong understanding of wood behavior, grain matching, and finish layering
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence

Compensation: $27.50 - $40.00 per hour
